I am not sure that I am a good candidate for the job in cooking that I am applying to. Yet, I do know that I have a passion for cooking. In order to get the skills I need, I do need to take some time to consider chef schools.  I have taken a lot of time over the last few weeks to consider what I need to do to better qualify for jobs and I have found that going to school seems to be the best option out there.

So, I am thinking about the culinary arts institutes and trying to determine what they have to offer for me.  I have taken a good amount of time to compare what the schools each have to offer. I also have been thinking about the various types of programs that would work for my future. Culinary arts seem to be the best fit, and these schools I have found are offering some stellar opportunities I am interested in.  As I consider which one is right for me, I am looking for a balance between hours of study required, who is doing the teaching and much more. I feel like there are so many options.
