College can be a pretty stressful place.  By the end of the semester, you’re ready to tear your hair out from the constantly building pressure your classes are putting on you.  To preserve your sanity — and that of those around you — every college student should have a good way of blowing off steam…  Other than taking it out on your roommates, that is!

Airsoft is a great way for college students to blow off steam.  Airsoft is kind of like paintball, except that there’s no paint (duh).  Instead, compressed air or gas cartridges are used to fire tiny platic pellets.  In fact, airsoft guns are pretty similar to the BB guns you might have had as a kid, except that airsoft guns are deliberately made to look very realistic — for example, the Tokyo Marui and KWA guns.

Many college students like to organize airsoft games that mimic real military exercises, known as MilSim.  But even if you prefer just to use your airsoft guns for target practice, airsoft is a great way to destress.  (And, hey, pictures of your professors’ faces happen to make great targets with which to practice your aim!)
